"I have had a distinct privilege of working

personally with Julie Fullmer as a professor at Utah Valley University engaged in a community service project. In late 2016 she contacted our department in search of some assistance to create a conceptual plan for a new future building for the city of Vineyard. Throughout that process of working with her, I have witnessed a strong desire from her to assist in building an amazing future for Vineyard. She has developed a healthy network of professionals and consultants to support the growth and prosperity of this fine community. I can say without doubt she deeply cares about the health, livability, and vibrancy of Vineyard, and its role in Utah County as a whole. I believe she has a robust vision for the future of Vineyard, and it’s potential. She is a pleasure to work with, very open to ideas, thoughts, suggestions, and is always looking for ways to improve. I think her character is second to none, and with her background, interest in the community, and vision for success, I believe she stands out from the other candidates. I can easily say her aspirations for Mayor are not personal, but to serve the community and make it a better place to live. She is a great citizen, and fantastic Mayor!"
